Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy covers Bloom, the service that looks after your Google Business Profile. Bloom is operated by Seo Boost Hub, in Türkiye, who is the data controller for the information described here.
2. What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address, from signing in with Google.
- Your business: what you tell us during setup — what you do, your tone of voice, and how often you want Bloom to work.
- Your Google Business Profile data: described in section 3.
- Usage: ordinary server logs, and the activity feed of what Bloom did for you.
Payment details are not collected by us. Our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, takes and stores them — see our Terms.
3. Google user data
When you connect your profile, you grant Bloom the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage scope. We use it to read
and to write your Google Business Profile: business details, categories,
services and attributes, opening hours, posts, photos, reviews and review replies,
and the performance figures Google reports for your profile.
We use that data for one purpose: to run the features you can see inside Bloom — to show you how your profile is doing, to prepare posts, replies and profile updates, and to publish them for you. We store a copy so Bloom can show you history and work while you are asleep.
Bloom's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertising platforms or data brokers, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles for anything other than serving you.
You can disconnect at any time from inside Bloom or at your Google account permissions. When a subscription ends, Bloom releases its access automatically.
4. Why we are allowed to use it
We process your data to perform the contract you entered into with us, and, for ordinary security logging, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe. Where we rely on your consent — connecting your Google profile — you can withdraw it at any time by disconnecting.
5. Who we share it with
- Google — necessarily, since Bloom's whole job is publishing to your profile.
- Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles payment and billing correspondence.
- OpenAI — the text Bloom drafts is generated by sending your business details and profile content to OpenAI's API. It is not used to train their models.
- Our hosting and email providers — to run the service and send you your weekly report.
We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
6. Where it goes
These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside your country under the safeguards those providers offer.
7. How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only as long as we need it for accounting and legal obligations. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your data from Bloom; what Bloom already published to your Google Business Profile stays there, because it belongs to you.
8. Security
Access tokens are stored encrypted, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is limited to the people who operate the service.
9. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or take it elsewhere. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Ask us at support@seoboosthub.com.
10. Children
Bloom is a tool for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Cookies
Covered separately in our Cookie Policy.
12. Changes and contact
If we change how we use your data we will tell you before it takes effect. Contact us at support@seoboosthub.com or +90 850 885 3675.
