Refund Policy

Last updated 2 August 2026

1. The trial comes first

Bloom begins with a free trial of 14 days. Nothing is charged during it, so if you cancel before it ends there is nothing to refund โ€” you simply are not billed. This is the honest answer to "can I get my money back?": most of the time you never need to, because you have not paid yet.

2. After the first charge

Once the trial converts, you are billed $29 per month. You can request a refund within 14 days of a charge โ€” that is the window our reseller Paddle.com applies, measured from the date the subscription was last renewed.

We do not ask you for a reason. If Bloom was not what you hoped, that is answer enough.

3. How to ask

Email support@seoboosthub.com with the email address on your account, or contact Paddle directly using the link on your receipt. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for every order and processes the refund itself, so the money returns by the same route it left, usually within a few working days depending on your bank.

4. Cancelling and refunding are different things

Cancelling stops the next charge and is always available โ€” see our Terms. A refund returns a charge that has already been taken. You can do either, or both.

5. After a refund

Bloom stops working on your profile and releases its access to your Google account. Everything Bloom already published stays on your Google Business Profile โ€” it is yours, and we do not take it back.

6. Outside the window

Ask anyway. If something went genuinely wrong โ€” Bloom did not do the work, or did it badly โ€” we would rather fix it or refund it than argue about a date.
