Terms of Service

1. Who you are agreeing with

Bloom is a service that looks after your Google Business Profile for you. It is operated by Seo Boost Hub, in Türkiye. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Who may use Bloom

You must be able to enter a contract, and you must own the business you connect or be authorised to manage its Google Business Profile. Bloom writes to that profile on your behalf, so this matters more here than it does for most software.

3. Your trial, and what happens when it ends

Bloom starts with a free trial of 14 days. We ask for a payment method up front, but nothing is charged during the trial.

When the 14 days are up, your subscription automatically continues at $29 per month and your payment method is charged then, and on the same day of each following month, until you cancel. If you do not want to be charged, cancel before the trial ends — see section 5. We will never charge you more than the price shown at checkout without telling you first.

4. Payments and who takes them

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Your payment details are given to Paddle, not to us, and your statement will show a charge from Paddle. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the payment alongside these terms.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, including during the trial, from the billing page inside Bloom — it takes effect without you having to email or call anyone. You can also use the link on any Paddle receipt to manage the subscription directly. If you would rather we did it for you, support@seoboosthub.com works too. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the period you are already in, which is covered by our Refund Policy.

When a subscription ends, Bloom stops working on your profile and releases its access to your Google account. Everything already published stays on your Google Business Profile — it is yours, and we do not remove it.

6. What Bloom does on your behalf

With your permission Bloom reads your Google Business Profile and writes to it: posts, photos, replies to reviews, business details, hours and services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your business. We try hard to keep what Bloom publishes accurate and appropriate, but Google can reject or remove anything at its own discretion, and Google's own terms govern your profile.

7. Fair use

Don't use Bloom to publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't use it for a business you have no authority over. We may suspend an account that does.

8. Your content

What you give us stays yours. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service for you — to store your content, generate drafts from it, and publish it to your Google Business Profile at your direction.

9. Changes to the service and to these terms

Bloom will change over time. If we make a change to these terms that materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Bloom after that means you accept it.

10. No guarantees about rankings

Bloom is provided as-is. We cannot promise a position on Google, a number of customers, or any particular result — nobody honestly can, because Google decides what to show. We can only promise to do the work consistently and to tell you the truth about what happened.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost business.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Bloom whenever you like. We may end an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you notice and refund any period you have paid for but not received.
